The Madame Karl-Axel Bjцrklund, nйe Princess Stephanie zu Windisch-Grдtz, died at Uccle on 7 September.
She was born at Ploschkowitz on 9 July 1909, daughter of Prince Otto zu Windisch-Grдtz, himself the son of Prince Ernst zu Windisch-Grдtz and of his wife, nйe Princess Kamilla zu Oettingen-Oettingen u.Oettingen-Spielberg.
And of his wife, nйe Archduchess Elisabeth of Austria, herself the daughter of Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria and of his wife, nйe Princess Stephanie of Belgium.
So! I Hadn't realised so relatively close a relative of the poor Crown Prince was alive until last week!
